ABOUT PROVIDENCE INT'L CHRISTIAN
Greetings from Pastor Jason,
Michelle and I have been involved in Providence International Christian Academy in one capacity or another since 2012. At that time our young children attended the school and Michelle was a volunteer in the main Learning Center as well as the school's art teacher.

We knew then that we wanted to be more permanently involved in the school because of the nurturing environment, focus on each student's academic needs, and especially the training in Godly character.

At PICA our highest aim is to produce students who love the Lord and desire to live their lives to serve Him. This is evident in the lives of our students by the fruits produced in their own ministry, higher education, work, life goals, and personal relationships.

Michelle and I look forward to coming alongside you as supporters in the raising of your family and helping train them in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

Sincerely,

Pastor Jason Moyer
PICA Administrator/Pastor
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is to provide conditions whereby boys and girls can receive the Truth. Jesus instructed His disciples in John 8:32, “And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” Not only is it our objective to teach the truth of God’s Word, but also to teach students how to apply that truth wisely in their own lives. In John 16:13, we are promised that “...when He, the Spirit of truth is come, He will guide you into all truth.”
We believe our Christian school has the responsibility to provide this truth through the best possible education to our students. In order to achieve this, a Biblical worldview, spiritual growth, education, personal self-discipline, and patriotism must be strongly stressed to each student during his years of training.
Our History
PROVIDENCE INTERNATIONAL CHURCH MINISTRIES (PICM) and Providence International Christian School (PICA) were founded on the island of Guam in 2007 by Pastor Bill and Mrs Paula Schmidt to minister the Gospel of Christ through education to families on Guam. Through various changes of location, PICA is now located at 131 Judge Sablan Street in Chalan Pago-Ordot..

In 2020, Pastor Bill and Mrs Paula Schmidt, returned to the states and passed the operation of PICA (known as Grace Academy from 2015-2020) and the ministry of Providence Int'l Church Ministries to the Moyers.
PICA is operated by Pastor Jason and Mrs. Michelle Moyer who together bring over 20 years worth of experience in the field of education.

PICA provides quality K4-12th grade education to students from Guam and English education to international students.
